Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years of age to use StockSageAI. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and pricing:

Billing: All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in our refund policy.

We offer a Free Starter Plan that allows you to test most Platform functionalities before upgrading. Once subscribed:

• Yearly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but continue until the end of the billing period
• No refunds are provided for the current billing period
• After cancellation, your account automatically downgrades to the Free Plan

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to hack, compromise, or breach our security measures
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our Platform or AI models
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent our limitations
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose

Violation may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action without any refunds.

All AI models, machine learning algorithms, predictions, analysis, and Platform content are proprietary to StockSageAI. We retain all rights, title, and interest in:

• AI models and architectures
• AI-generated forecasts and predictions
• Technical analysis algorithms
• Platform source code and design

You may share analysis and insights from our Platform but may NOT resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our AI models.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or investment losses
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Damages resulting from reliance on Platform predictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Attempt to hack or compromise our Platform
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Scrape or automate access to our Platform

Upon termination, your account data will be disabled. You may not transfer your account to another person.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• We comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations
• Data is stored on AWS servers in India
• We use cookies for functionality and analytics
• We may use your data for marketing with consent

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi,India .

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification
• Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
